1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you and l69 with respect to your use of the l69 website, mobile platform, games, betting services, promotional offers, and all related features accessible at l69.app and its associated subdomains (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this document.

By registering an account on l69, logging in to an existing account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you conclusively confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this document;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party;
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.

l69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, l69 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. 1.1 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency arising from translation into another language, the English version shall prevail. Section headings are provided for navigational convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of the provisions they introduce.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and l69 in relation to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether oral or written — between you and l69 on the same subject matter.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on l69, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You do not already hold an active or suspended l69 account. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• Own funds: You are depositing and wagering funds that belong to you personally and that have been obtained through lawful means. You are not depositing funds on behalf of a third party.
• Voluntary participation: You are participating voluntarily and are not subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.
• Accurate information: All personal information provided during registration and KYC verification is truthful, complete, and belongs to you.

2.1 Geographic Restrictions

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player may register one account on l69. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of the reason — including attempting to claim a welcome bonus a second time, circumventing a self-exclusion, or bypassing account-level restrictions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, l69 will close the duplicate account(s), void any associated bonus credits, and may close all associated accounts at its discretion.

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on l69 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). l69 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Conversion of funds at any stage is the player's own responsibility and any resulting exchange-rate costs are borne by the player.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

l69 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. l69 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect the funds may be connected to unlawful activity. In such circumstances, l69 may report the matter to relevant authorities. Players must not use l69 as a mechanism for transferring funds between payment accounts without genuine gaming activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. 5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once by registering additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and closure of the duplicate accounts. 5.3 Promotion Validity and Changes

Players who have already claimed a bonus before a modification takes effect will be subject to the terms that were in place at the time of claiming, to the extent reasonably practicable.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

The following general rules apply across all product categories.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on l69. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, permanent account closure, and — where legally required — reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account.

• Identity fraud: Providing false identification documents or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds connected to unlawful activity.
• Harassment: Using l69's live chat, support channels, or community features to harass, threaten, or abuse l69 staff or other players.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may close or request closure of a player account, subject to the conditions set out below.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request permanent closure of your l69 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals must be processed and any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be addressed per the relevant bonus terms. If you are requesting account closure as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, please indicate this clearly in your request so that appropriate safeguards can be applied. Self-exclusion closures are treated with priority and apply immediately upon confirmation.

8.2 l69-Initiated Suspension or Closure

l69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or identity theft;
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive calendar months;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider;
• Any other circumstance in which l69 reasonably determines that continuing to provide services to the account would breach applicable law or compromise platform integrity.

8.3 Consequences of Closure for Prohibited Conduct

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Section 7 (Prohibited Conduct) or any other deliberate violation of these Terms, l69 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money funds and any bonus credit. This is without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to l69 in respect of the breach.

8.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive calendar months. l69 will notify the registered email address before applying any inactivity-related account restrictions.
